A small company with a big heart – this is the perfect description of Greta’s Wholefoodies, situated near the market town of Cowbridge.

Gretta Watts-Jones began eight years ago selling her vegetarian Glanmorgan sausages at the local farmer’s market, and sold out of everything straight away. The company has now expanded, and now produces a variety of vegetarian burgers, which are convenient and healthy – with the fresh ingredients being cooked to perfection.

The company emphasises that wholesome ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, to create a delicious, nutritious product. Parents to four children, Greta and her husband have managed to conjure up the burgers from home, and by introducing and unique mix of laverbread, cheese and oatmeal, they have managed to create a True Taste winning product.
