The key to one’s heart is good beer, and this has been proven correct by a new company that is making its mark in the Welsh brewing industry.

Simon Buckley’s family has a history of over 240 years of brewing in Wales, and the brewery is named after his ancestor William Evan-Evans, a west Wales brewer who married into the Buckley family in the mid 1800's. In 2004, the company started in Llandeilo, and within five years, they have established themselves as the leading cask-ale specialists in Wales.

The winning beer is a premium beer, and has a malty, biscuity, distinctive taste – a drink that people will enjoy drinking. This is a real Welsh brand, designed to give the Welsh drinking public a genuine Welsh brewed beer.
