Food and Drink Awards
For the past few years discerning foodies have flocked to west Wales to sample some of the best Welsh produce during Pembrokeshire Fish Week and the regular farmers’ markets in Haverfordwest. But this year, Pembrokeshire will host the ‘best of the best’ when the Wales The True Taste Food and Drink Awards 2010/11 comes to the Withybush Showground.
Last year’s judges had the onerous task of poring over 860 entries in 18 categories, with the challenge of recognising and rewarding quality and innovation right across our food, drink and hospitality sectors. Now they’ll have to do it all again as food and drink companies across Wales prepare their entries and go head-to-head in competition for a True Taste Award.
